Setting up a 64-bit Instanceīy default, the installer will setup a Nougat 32-bit instance of Bluestacks, which cannot install the game. Before doing anything else, you will need to create a 64-bit instance of Bluestacks. Out of the box, Bluestacks will not be able to run RL Sideswipe, as there are several changes that need to be made in settings for it to work. Once that's installed, it'll open up the program and you should see something like this:
In my case I didn't change anything during this process, but you can if you would prefer. Run the installer and it will take you through the steps for installation. If you are reading this a few weeks after it was posted, there is probably a good chance the version you can download directly from the Bluestacks home page will work as well.
